Sponsorship Cost:

$50 – 6-month listing or $100 – 12-month listing

Please note: All sponsorship applications are reviewed by the KODC Committee in accordance with the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions apply to all Knox Obedience Dog Club (KODC) website Business Directory applications.

1. All applications will only be accepted via the application form below and will be considered by the KODC Committee for approval at the monthly committee meeting, which occurs on the first Wednesday of each month (Except for January).
2. In determining each Business Directory application, the KODC Committee will consider:
   1. Potential conflict of interest relating to goods and/or services provided by KODC, and any member involvement;
   2. Alignment with KODC values;
   3. Potential benefits to KODC members;
   4. Applicant's business ethics / reputation;
   5. Similar businesses are currently listed in the directory;
   6. General KODC member feedback.
3. The KODC Committee's decision will be final and no negotiations or correspondence with the applicant /business will be entered into.
4. Where an application has been approved, KODC reserves the right to revoke such approval at any time, should it be found that the business has failed to meet any or all of the above assessment criteria.
5. In the event an approved application becomes revoked, the applicant / business forfeits their right to apply for any monetary refund and will be disqualified from reapplying for KODC business Directory listing for a period of twelve months.
6. Once approved, the business details (as provided) will be registered in the KODC Business Directory on the club website for the applicable period (6 months or 1 year), which will then be accessible to all club members and the public.
7. The management of any related business inquiries will be the sole responsibility of the registered business.
8. Upon the expiry of a business directory listing, the business needs to re-apply using the application form below, which will then be reevaluated for approval by the KODC Committee as per the above criteria.
