Vaccination Certificate Requirements

To become a member of KODC, it will become your responsibility to ensure that your dog's vaccination certificate is always up-to-date.

What vaccination is required?
All dogs training at KODC must always maintain a minimum C5 vaccination.

What C5 vaccination?
C5 comprises of Distemper, Adenovirus (Hepatitis), Parvovirus, Parainfluenza & Bordetella bronchiseptica vaccinations.
The following mature age dog (Greater than 16 weeks of age) 5 vaccination combinations will give your dog a C5 vaccination.

If in doubt, consult with your vet.

Vaccination protocol for puppies 16 weeks of age

The vaccination protocol for puppies under 16 weeks of age differs from that of adult dogs. Please refer to the chart below for guidance on the minimum vaccination requirements based on your puppy's age.

If you are unsure whether your puppy meets the requirements, please consult your veterinarian before attending training.

How do I update my dog's vaccination details?

As part of your membership application, you will be asked to upload a current copy of your dog's vaccination certificate demonstrating that your dog meets the Club's minimum C5 vaccination requirements.

If the vaccination certificate provided is incomplete, has expired, or does not meet the Club's C5 requirements, the KODC Membership Team will contact you by email and advise what additional information is required.

Simply reply to that email with a copy of your dog's current vaccination certificate(s). Once the Membership Team has verified that the certificate(s) meet the Club's vaccination requirements, your pending membership application will be approved.
